Chicken and Honey

Ingredients
Chicken breast flattened
Oregano
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Butter
Honey
Neapolitan sauce
Demi Glace (Stock)
Cooks cream
Method
- Grill the Chicken for a few minutes (3-4 mins each side) till nearly cooked through.
- In a pan of melted Butter place the nearly cooked Chicken, add Stock, Neapolitan sauce and then Honey. Combine ingredients and cook for a minute or two.
- Season with Oregano, Salt and Pepper.
- Add sufficient Cream to create a thick sauce and serve with savoury rice and/or chips.
