Ingredients

Prawns (cleaned)
Garlic, Salt and Pepper, Paprika
Lemon juice
Dill
Ouzo
Olive Oil
Cooked Rice in an upside down mould

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add Prawns
  2. Turn in hot oil for 2-3 minutes
  3. Add Garlic
  4. Add Ouzo and flame it
  5. Then Lemon juice, Paprika, Salt and Pepper to taste
  6. Serve with upside down Rice in the centre of a plate with the Prawns and sauce around.
