Chopped Braising Beef
1.25Kg Chopped Red Onions
Jug (2 Mugs) of Molasses
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Sprig of Rosemary
Par Boiled Potatoes

  1. Fry .25Kg Onions in Olive Oil in large pan
  2. When Onions melting add Beef,  5 minutes frying
  3. Add rest of Onions (1 Kg)
  4. Add Salt and Pepper to taste
  5. Add a cup of vinegar and the Rosemary
  6. Add Molasses, stir together, put the lid on and gently cook for 1 hour
  7. Add Potatoes and cook for 10 more minutes or until they are cooked through, adding just enough water if necessary so the sauce is not too dry.
